Did this shoot about a month ago. I was inspired by Angelina Jolie’s photograph similar to this. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out! It’s hard to hold a cigarette in your mouth and pose your face just right.

Late post about Valentines Day <3
Spent most of my day at school, but got out by 7pm since I aced my midterm test in Art History. Just enough time for me to go home, shower, get ready, and make our reservation on time!
My fellow and I went to this great restaurant near my house that is known for it’s great food an hospitality. The whole place was decorated with large glowing hearts in the windows, roses at the table, and valentine colored balloons all over the ceiling! Spent the night stuffing our faces with large plates and raspberry cheesecake for dessert. Had a few drinks and talked till they closed and took a ton of balloons home with me since they were going to pop them all anyway. After we drove around for a bit just talking, then headed home.
I’ve been having really bad sleeping patterns lately, and tonight I can quite honestly say I will go to bed with a smile.

Spent a wonderful evening with one of my best friends. She made me dinner and we sat in her kitchen catching up on each other’s lives and then watched random videos on YouTube while playing games on our phones. It was a nice ending to this week.
On my drive home I had a sudden urge to get lost.
So I took streets I didn’t know where they’d take me and I always ended up back to the same ole familiar roads. It amazes me how much this world is connected by roads. That no matter where you go, you can always find your way back home.
I did this for about an hour, listening to music on shuffle.
Moments like that are what keep my sanity. I do get time to myself quite often, but something about driving at night in a car alone is both humble and lonely at the same time.
I’ve been in a weird mood, but a good one.
